[RESPONDED] My laptop is not starting I think there was a power surge from the outlet

I plugged my laptop in a charging outlet and since then that charger and my laptop aren’t working. It does show the charging white light but it turns off when I click the power, same thing when I use AC power by disconnecting the battery. Earlier it was behaving the same as now but a green light flashed and now that doesn’t happen

This sounds like possible hardware damage. If you are not able to get it to stay on, even to a black screen or anything whatsoever. You will want to open a ticket for this, please link to this thread when doing so.
