Est ce que le module wifi 7 AMD RZ717 qui a été annoncé hier sera compatible avec les Laptop 16 ryden 7 et 9 ???

Someone mentioned that the older wifi cards were compatible with the new framework 13 so I assume the new wifi card is also compatible with the previous generation.
ca sera bien… mais pour l’instant Framework | AMD RZ717 Wi-Fi 7 il est pas indiqué comme compatible. P’etre qu’ils attendent de valider avant?

The RZ717 is also known as the MediaTek MT7925, which you can find on Amazon, eBay, etc. I have these installed in a Framework 16 7940HS, and various Framework 13’s including 7840U, 7640U, 1370P, 1280P, 1260P, and an 1135G7. I think I also installed the same in my DeepComputing RISC-V board but I’m not entirely certain; I may have had to swap that out for an AX210 due to the older kernel but I’m not sure.
Edit: I remember about the RISC-V board now; I never actually tried the RZ717, I only tried the AX210 and had firmware loading issues. Will report back when/if I try the RZ717 as I have a handful of extras.
