They announced their gpu mounting kit in the same presentation as the touch module.
They could measure interest in the signup up for the notification on the shop/marketplace.
I would assume they already have a set number for the production run. If so, no pre-order is needed. Also the capital involved with this, is much less than the 12g RTX 5070 module. Where I understand the pre-order scheme there.
Yes, I saw the oculink item, looks good, however, I was referring to the current 7700s module i have on the laptop is there a way to re-use that somewhere in the same way as we can re-purpose an old FW motherboard
Ah I just reviewed the oculink again and it does allow you to move your module into an expansion bay instead
