What the is wrong with FrameWork as a company? My laptop was working great just had an issue with the track pad. Ordered a replacement and it was defective. Thought it would be a simple process but FrameWork support team is terrible. They dragged their heals in issuing an RMA for an obviously defective product (requested video proof and sent twice to them). They seem to be missing basic troubleshooting skills and the knowledge to put 2 and 2 together. The support team is obviously not based in the US due to their response times but after dragging their heals for 3 days its now “oh we can’t help you due to an American holiday”
Hopefully Framework can fix their process issues because this took me from actively recommending FrameWork laptops to now actively having people avoid FrameWork laptops. Defective products happen, taking a week to figure out a proven defective product (or was sent the wrong product) is not great. Thankfully i haven’t had a main board fault besides terrible firmware.
Hopefully i can get an RMA number issued tonight to send this product back and be done with ordering off this website.
