Tracking says that my order has a clearance delay. Fedex displays this alert.
Clearance instructions from the importer are required. Recommended action: Importer must provide instructions.
I did send a email to customer support, but I thought I’d post something here to make sure it is noticed.
How long has it been in customs?
It’s normal for it to be there for up to a few business days. Customs “status” messages are screwed up / not accurate. Normally no instructions need to be provided, and no action is needed even though it may show that status. The package will clear and continue moving whenever customs gets to it. If they have no backlog, it may only be one day.
