The links in the emails I receive from customer support are broken. I’ve first reported this issue over a year ago but it still seems to be the case today. Ideally, I would’ve liked to report this to the support lead directly but I can’t find his email address anywhere.
In the hopes this reaches a member of the support team:
For example, this is a link that I just received: https://guides.frame.work/Guide/Fully\+Resetting\+the\+Mainboard\+State/113?lang=en. Those backslashes really don’t belong there. This is the case with all links I clicked on so far.
The email contains markdown. It could do with the text/markdown MIME type.
Also, my problem is with the Laptop 16. The link is about Laptop 13. It’s not the first time I was sent a link for that other product. I can imagine that there’s a look up of some sort and the first laptop I bought was indeed the 13 model.
