Hey, I’ve been having a problem with bazzite on my laptop. It recently went through an update and now the keyboard won’t work past the login screen, I can type in my password but after that nothing. Also, most of ports don’t work any more either, out of the six only two will work. I’ve updated my bios to the current version, rollbacks won’t work, and reinstalling didn’t change anything. If anyone can help me get back to me.
have you tried to reset EC? usually it helps with not working USB ports
go to bios → disconnect battery. save
detach power cord for 2 minutes
attach power cord. system should start automatically
regarding keyboard, it is a little bit odd, that it stop working after successful login. I do not have idea what can be wrong with it
Kernel 7 moment? try live boot a different distro (or even just windows) to test hardware
I run windows on my second ssd and I don’t have any problems with it.
