Touchpad clickiness feels inconsistent

Hey,

I have an issue with a new Framework 13" Ryzen laptop - the touchpad is only clicky on the bottom side.

I’ve tried loosening the screws that are closer to the keyboard and that did help a little, but it looks like it’s still easy to click on the bottom half of the touchpad and in order for it to make a clicky sound when clicking on the top half I need to apply much more pressure. I’d like for it to be clicky all over because that’s what I’m used to.

Is it something that can be fixed with these little screws or is it a support ticket and replacement?

Unfortunately, the Framework Laptops use a “diving board” style trackpad, where it hinges down to press a small button underneath the lower half of the trackpad. Nothing can be done to change this at the time.
