Having tested various distros on my FW16 I settled on KaOS, then didn’t reboot for about 6 weeks. First reboot the touchpad wasn’t detected; I tried shutting down and then starting and it was fine; wondered if the BIOS update was relevant so got around to running that. Rebooted again after running the BIOS, touchpad not detected. Rebooted, not detected. Shut down and then start, touchpad restored. Warm v. cold start issue?
