Trackpad Misalignment: How Common?

I followed these steps to fix a stuck down trackpad, maybe it can help to realign it too:

You may want to take a look at this article first. Step 11: It’s easier if you barely loosen the two screws at the bottom right and the bottom left and then tweak / move your touchpad around until it properly seats (picture below - X marks the ones to loosen). The article you are referring to has some good TS in it and would still be worth trying if this article doesn’t resolve it. [image]
