Trouble charging with Anker 737

I have an Anker 737, which is one of their 120W chargers. When I connect it to any port (I tried all 4) I’ll see the charging light for about 1 second, then it turns off. If I charge the laptop through my anker power bank, things charge fine and draws about 40-50W.

Before I go and buy a new anker power adapater I wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything else I should/can check.

Did you do the latest bios update?
