Unable to set a new shipping address in the UK

I am American and bought my laptop when I lived there.
I now live in the Philippines and the company will not ship a replacement screen here.
I am attempting to ship it to my home brother-in-law in London, so he can bring it to me next month, but the website will not allow me to select any country other than the US while trying to set up a new shipping address.
Until I get that screen this laptop is useless!!!

I am just a user, but my impression is that FW are not set up to support their laptops being brought in one country, and then the user traveling outside that country.
There are just too many countries that FW does not support, making it impractical to support someone who does international travel for work.

Community members can’t help you with that, you need to reach out to support if you are having issues with setting up a new shipping address. (Please make sure that you are in the UK locale before you start the process)

I bought my laptop in America and moved to the UK, no issues with warranty when I needed to replace a part. I just added a new address and was able to order stuff as well with the American card, as it had been previously used to order the laptop.
