undetected fingerprint sensor on archlinux KDE

Hello, I have a problem on the KDE Arch Linux of my laptop framework. It doesn’t seem to recognize the fingerprint sensor, even though the fprintd and libfprint packages are well installed. The problem is when I register my index finger, kde does not react when I put my finger. If someone has an idea, I’m interested.

Did you hard reset or just logout after? I ran into this issue with PopOS!, where I needed to do a full cycle before it accepted prints for my profile.
