as the tittle states i have a USB razor headset specifically the kraken 7.1 usb and Im having an issue with the mic and its only a problem when im using my framework 16. the mic sounds kinda robotic and not picking up my voice very well. does anyone have a solution or have had a similar problem
One thing you could try would be to see if Razer has any drivers for the headset that you can download and install. You can also check if there is any control software that you can download to change some settings.
