Windows 11 Wireless Display Issues

I have a Gen 1 Framework 16 running Windows 11. When I first got everything set up, I was very excited to realize I could wirelessly treat my tv as a secondary display. However, over the last few months I’ve discovered that it’s no longer able to do so stably. On my tv & a friend’s Roku tv there’s random bouts of extended lag. Additionally, when I tried hooking up my Galaxy Tab A9+ as a wired secondary display (using a 3rd party app. I know the A series generally doesn’t support that function without being in developer mode) it initially acted like it could see the display, but could never successfully output any image. Both devices just kinda seemed like they were trying to talk to each other, but couldn’t quite pull it off.

So far, all the information that I’ve been able to find has been targeted at people’s wired displays not being recognized. I’m pretty sure I checked the drivers when I was first reading through troubleshooting forums, but if someone wants to throw out step-by-step driver checking instructions to be extra sure I won’t be offended.

Update: spacedesk, AMD Radeon, and Miracast adapters all up to date according to the devices menu

Reposting here after realizing I probably wasn’t specific enough in my Topic choice originally. The graphics tag might be wrong because it wouldn’t let me do display issues as a tag in this Topic?
