Do you have any special modules in your order like the Linux keyboard, macropad, blank keyboard etc.?
If you do, then it’s going to take a bit longer since those are delayed, people from batch 1 received an E-Mail about it.

Tonight’s (2024-02-23) update: Hello, We sincerely apologize for this follow-up communication, but after receiving reports of confusion from customers that received the previous email (111 total), we’ve identified that the export of orders in Batch 1 used for that email included customers with other keyboards experiencing a similar delay, but were not previously identified or communicated. I personally have also not been charged, since I have the blank ANSI keyboard in my order.
