Hi, I also replied to the support email and get no answer back, I had to create a new ticket to get an answer. I also don’t see any of my replies on the email history, when I received an update from the support. Can you check on your side if some emails or emails services get filtered ? I’m using ProtonMail

Yes? Sorry, was already off for the day when I saw the ping. Sounds like this was addressed. Everyone should check “Promotions” if they use Gmail and “Junk” if they use anything outside any of the major email providers. Google likes to change up how they classify incoming emails and as we have a non-standard domain (frame.work), they sometimes treat us differently.
