Welp, finally got mine in, had some quirks to sort out, but after setting up my config on my NixOS, everything is running smoothly! This thing is a beast to be honest, I wasn’t expecting a huge difference from my old laptop, but man was there one for sure.
Mine is supposed to get to my place by the 22nd. (Although some people are getting theirs in faster than expected, but I’m not holding my breath however)
Just wondering: is your shipment tracking also kind of off?
I have never ordered anything of fedex and it seems really wierd that there are updates in Taiwan - China - France - China - Japan.

Taiwan—Japan—Memphis (and that’s where it’s been)

No that’s correct! That’s the same path mine took. If yours is coming in through FedEx, iirc One of FedEx’s worldwide import is usually in Memphis before finalizing through customs, I was lucky enough to have my laptop finalized through customs the same day it arrived in Memphis, but it might vary for others. If your shipment on FedEx’s website doesn’t have a delivery date on the main tracking page, that means it still is in customs. You will know if it’s through by a status saying “International Shippment Release - Import”.

That I am unsure, might just be the path FedEx is pushing, I was mainly speaking that to @Oney which I presume they are in the US, (just checked back and no mention where theirs is shipping to) otherwise I would say that it might just be the best optimal path for them to take as Memphis is FedEx’s main large worldwide facility anyways, so it might just be that it’s how they travel.
