Just spotted your reply and I too have cancelled and ordered from Mouser, a bit late to know when itāll be arriving though.
Just done the same, got in when they still had 3 available and order is now confirmed for delivery this week.
just got an email from mouser saying they cant supply it to private customers only businesses and id have to provide a vat number
And now they are telling me they cannot supply to the UK at all, still awaiting a reason other than they donāt have the paperwork supplied by Delta to say that it meets the safety standards.
When youāre a company that has to follow laws & regulations, that is enough reason.
When they receive or locate the paperwork, I imagine they should be able to ship to the UK.
On the mouser webpage for it, at the bottom I see this shipping alert:

Now, it didnāt before, the email I received told me theyād changed it and now changed it so you canāt order one at all from the UK.
The email sounded like they had no intention of getting the paperwork. They asked if I wanted them to check further into it and Iāve said yes as other companies are shipping to the UK.
Can confirm that they cancelled my order. I spoke to an agent who said they would only send to VAT-registered companies. Iām trying to order to my work address now, via a new account using my work email address, and using the VAT number. Letās see what happens. They didnāt say anything about not UK at all.
Told me that itās been changed so no one can order one from the UK at all now, canāt even place it in your basket
Why canāt they deliver to the UK?
It has a UKCA mark on it. What else do they need? Maybe the same thing/paperwork FW need when selling hardware in a particular country.
Or, that the item has failed some compliance test, so they have to halt deliveries until it passes.
They said they didnāt have the paperwork provided to them by Delta yet they have the pdfs on their website from Delta with the specs on them with CE and other such marking listed for them. I very much doubt Delta didnāt provide the certifications with the products. Thatās why Iāve asked them to look into it further.
Odd, Iāll keep you updated then, itās currently been accepted and has progressed to Warehouse Processing (this is to a UK address).

Maybe the important thing here is that I am sending it to my home address, but I listed it as a business address and put the name of the company as the recipient with me as the Attn.
You also gave Mouser a VAT number, yes?
Correct, I added the VAT number as a note/reference to the delivery instructions (all public information so not like Iām sharing anything I should be). This was the suggestion of the helpful sales rep I spoke to via web chat.
It arrived this morning, there is hope for the UK!
