AMD 7040 Motherboard not booting

I just purchased an AMD 7040 motherboard. I had originally purchased this and had some extra crucial 32GB DDR5-5600 memory I tried using in it. I was having a really hard time with the board trying to boot up. With this memory, I was able to get it to boot once. I figured it was the memory as I stumbled on the page that said only certain memory was fully tested. So I purchased a fully tested framework 16GB stick from the website. After about 20 more times of trying to get it to boot with different video options (I bought two different HDMI adapters and had them both plugged in.) I was able to get the laptop to boot. I stuck in a USB stick with the latest BIOS I had prepped. It auto updated the bios I think it was 2.08 on it from factory? I put on jfp30.03.05. Once it completed, it shutdown and I let it sit for a while. But no display after that. I tried about 10 more times with no luck. Unplugged the battery and power in order to get it to turn off.
After 1 minute with batter unplugged, I got this sequence: 1G,1R,4G,2R,5G,1R,7G
I disconnected everything, SSD, 1 HDMI adapter, wireless card, put 16GB of RAM in slot 0. I got this error: 6G,2R,5G,1R,8G

I was hoping someone could give me some advice to try.

Thanks in advance.
Aaron

The led pattern is the same for intel and amd boards.

I am looking at the link you sent and I don’t see the correlation with the blink codes I received. From what you sent, I don’t quite understand what the table even means. The notes aren’t very clear.
What does the 1G,1R,4G,2R,5G,1R,7G code or 1G,1R,4G,2R,5G,1R,7G code specifically mean based on this chart? It is confusing.

Thanks.
