Just in case anyone else finds this yes, it is an issue with the battery extender because somehow it decides to follow the limit rules while plugged in and it will then charge to 100% and follow whatever rules you had set for the battery life extender. hope this bug gets fixed.

Do you have the limit set in the BIOS, or somewhere else? I am running Windows and I have the battery limit in the BIOS set at 70%. I’ve never noticed it charging up to 100% when plugged in while off.
