Same thing with this key. Have to mash super hard then works. Then later stops working again. Support is asking me if I have cleaned this. There’s way too many screws to replace it.

Which OS? Windows 11 (Enter confirmed not working in BIOS neither)
Actions taken? Updated and Reset BIOS, reinstalled drivers, reinstalled windows, opened up and reviewed cable connection of the keyboard.

Which keys not working? Enter key, Backspace, and D key.
Sometimes they work, but recently it seems to have completely stopped working. Reached out to support initially, but couldnt really type the response (lol?). Ordered new keyboard and working on another laptop in the meantime. Also it is out of warrenty so I dont think there is anything they could do anyways. Hope it fixes things…
But, a work around that I found that fixes it for anywhere from a day - 3 weeks is by giving a solid full handed press down on the section of keyboard that doesn’t register and then typically the keys will start working normally.
The occurrence of this issue on my device has happened less frequently over the last month than it was a few months ago, but my work around always worked decently enough so I never bothered to contact support (given I am also significantly out of warranty lol (3+ years))
