Intel uses DDR4 RAM and AMD uses DDR5 RAM. They also use different wireless cards. If you buy the AMD mainboard kit you’ll get everything you’ll need.

Note that it’s questionable if you really need a new wifi card. I have no good reason to believe there will be problems with the Intel one, at least as long as you’ve got a model ending in a zero, like the ax210. But on the other hand, 18$ for potentially better compatibility or whatever isn’t that bad.
