Charging issue. Can only use right middle to charge laptop

Hello all,
I’m running into a new strange issue when using my 240W charger and my Framework 16.

To my knowledge, the Framework 16 should be able to charge at the max speed with the upper 4 USB-C ports. However, when using these 4 ports, the charging light does come on but only the right middle charges actually charges the device. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I don’t recall this happening before. Charger is fine.

OS: Dual boot (Windows and Fedora)
BIOS version: IFGP6.04.03
Which release?: This happens in both Operating systems
Which product?: Framework 16 (AMD 7940S) with AMD Radeon RX 7700S

Try booting into bios, and selecting battery disconnect with the ac disconnected. Save and it should power off. Wait a few minutes and then connect the ac again to power it back on.
