Not sure where to post this. I can’t get into contact with support anymore.
My laptop locks-up regularly. I contacted support on feb 4 had almost daily contact on gathering logs and what not. Then communications just stopped, last contact on feb 11. After that no response to any of my mails anymore.
Did I miss anything?
