Looking at the knowledge-base article about supported shipping regions, it doesn’t appear so. However, the list includes all the countries around Luxembourg - Belgium, Germany, France. Is Luxembourg simply missing from the list? If not, are there any plans on adding it to the list?
Framework currently only is delivering to a couple countries inside the EU. However, as stated in Purchasing products in a European Union (EU) country that Framework does not ship to, any european citizen may buy from them, but has to do so using a proxy in a directly supported country. Plans on expanding the list of countries are not public.
