What is your expierence with SparePars?
I try to buy a simple power button within the last 4 weeks, and still not possible to order this.
At this moment, we got a nice electronic trash waiting to be repaired for a month, in business case like us NOT Acceptable!
I love the idea to repair computers by myself and upgrade hardware, but in case ot repair, spare parts must be delivered within 2 days. Otherwise for business solutions is to order at HP oder Dell to get professsional support within 2 days and electronic trash every 3-4 years…
Yep, you’re right. Apologies for the misdirection.
Maybe try reaching out to Support to see if they can source the part for you, or if you are stuck and need the machine, replace the entire input cover. That’s not an ideal solution but might get you back on your feet, then you can replace the broken switch when one does come in stock.
I assume that you already have tried re-seating the cable on both ends of the power switch, as well as those on the input cover?
