Purchased 6 Framework 13 AMD Laptops
One has developed a faulty screen (it’s the latest screen with the fastest processor)
Anyone else experience this.
Running Windows 11, experiencing screen tear, was doing it a little bit and got worse over time, I’m guessing it’s the GPU.

Also does it while booting (framework screen) and if you boot to and install USB so it’s not driver related.

The other 5 laptops (4 running Windows 11 one running Linux Mint) are fine.

Definitely contact support regarding the screen. There have been reports of either end of the display cable not being properly seated.

Be careful disconnecting and reconnecting the cable to the board and display. The pins are small and can be bent easily.

Maybe this will resolve your issue otherwise support will get you taken care of. Let us know how it turns out.
