It has come to my attention that there is some conflict somewhere when using FortiClient VPN. I have had Fortigate on this for over 6 hours. Probably installing the latest driver pack, download from the Framework Web site, would help.
Also, to narrow down the problem, try over ethernet cable instead of WiFi.
