Framework 13 AMD screen issue

Hello everyone,

I’ve just received my new FW13 AMD 7840u today and I have an issue with the screen.

In the beginning all was good but after a certain time the screen begun gradually white.

Every time I turn off the screen it goes back to normal for 14-20 minutes and the screen go white again.

For me this is a hardware issue.

Now, it’s going worse and started flickering.

Anyone with the same issue knows how the support handled the subject?

That’s a very strange problem, and I don’t recall seeing anything like it mentioned here before.

If you haven’t already, I’d suggest talking to the support team. They would be able to help you a lot better than random Framework customers like us. :laughing:
