Framework 13 - Intel Core Ultra series 1 - not charging

I have a Framework 13 - Intel Core Ultra series 1 running under Debian 13 ( Trixie)
Since some days when working with heavy CPU usage, the OS indicates that power is disconnected even if power supply is still connected. Then after 1 or 2 minutes the system shows that power is connected again and it is starting charging.
So during working the notebooks switches permanently between charging and battery mode.
Does anyone observed a similar issue.
I wonder if this is something with the BIOS or with the Debian or with my hardware

I would be helpful if you mentioned which charger make/model you are using.

You can use s-tui to measure CPU power usage and btop to measure the current battery charge or discharge wattage. If the power supply is disconnected the battery discharge rate should be high than CPU power, if the battery discharge rate is very low or the battery is charging, the power supply is OK and it’s only a UI display error
