Framework 13 mainboard error checking out (EU/DE)

I’m trying to buy the framework 13 7840U or the AI 350 mainboards

while based in EU/DE
but i’m getting the error
”Sorry, we only have stock of that item at one warehouse. You can only purchase it when combined with a laptop order.”

I read from that this is probably means its actually out of stock for this region? Is there some way to purchase either of this?
