FW 13 Won’t wake from sleep

Which Framework Laptop 13 model are you using? (AMD Ryzen™ 7040 Series, Intel® Core™ Ultra Series 1, 13th Gen Intel® Core™ , 12th Gen Intel® Core™, 11th Gen Intel® Core™) 11th gen intel core i7-1165g7

So this has been happening since I bought and assembled the machine, it never wakes from sleep when the lid is reopened, if I close the lid then when it is opened the keyboard backlights are all on and there is no response or action which wakes the screen. This has been the case since original bios (ordered in October 21), first on ubuntu 22.04 then on the current ubuntu 24.04 (which was a fresh install, not an upgrade). Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

I’ve had this issue before. From my testing, it seems to be related to unplugging/plugging the charger when putting the laptop to sleep with the lid.

I’ve adopted the habit of always putting the laptop to sleep with the power button closed before closing the lid.

Appreciate the response, mine isn’t related to plugging/unplugging from power, but I will give using the power button before closing a shot. Thanks!
