Framework 13th generation 13'' Camera Connection Issue

Hello everyone,
I recently got a framework 13th generation 13’’ laptop with the AMD Ryzen 7 7840U CPU, and a Windows 11 OS.

I am generally very happy with it, but I am having some trouble with the camera cutoff switch.
When the switches are on, the microphone works very well, but the camera will cut in and out when I touch the bezel or adjust the screen, and occasionally not work at all.
It very much seems like a connection issue, because I can sometimes get it to work by poking the bezel, but I have not been able to make a robust fix.

Have anyone had a similar issue and knows how to fix this?
Or, should I contact costumer support to see if I could get a new bezel/camera module?

Welcome to the community! Congratulations on your Framework Laptop 13 with the AMD processor. It sounds like there might be a loose connection with the camera module. You might see about taking it apart and reseating the connections to see if that makes a difference.

Support will be the best resource for you to go through as they have the best tools and guides to assist you. If they do determine it is an issue with the camera module; then they can get a replacement sent sooner.
