Framework cycles between charging and not charging

**I have a framework 16 (Ryzen 9 7940HS with GPU) Running windows 11, and I am experiencing an issue where the charging rapidly starts and stops (switches maybe once a second).

I know it is not a port issue, as I have tried all the ports (including plugging in without an expansion card). I also know it is not a charger issue because it happens with multiple chargers.

I think it seems to happen more often with higher wattage chargers, as well as when I have less battery life.

Anybody know why this is happening/how I can fix it?
