Batch 14, 64GB. I got charged 24 hours ago. No shipment yet.

I’m batch 13 128 GB. Best I can tell, they’re still working through Batch 12 for 128 GB units. I’ve seen a few people report shipping emails for those, but no Batch 13 128 GBs IIRC.

I’m one of the batch 12 folk still waiting on shipping of a 128gb machine. Someone else that ordered a 128gb 2 days prior to me has had theirs shipped, so I just need to pull on my patient pants and wait a bit longer. (I ordered on 10 August in case that helps anyone get an idea of roughly where they’re up to)

I pre-ordered the 64GB motherboard alone.

The website has been showing for a week that pre-orders for this item are closed and that new orders will ship within five business days.

I haven’t received any preparation email or credit card debit notification.

What to understand???

Yes, I contacted support but only received an evasive response that must be generated by AI and provides no clarification!

Just got a notification from DHL that my 64GB Desktop is on the way, estimated to arrive by Friday hopefully. Just in time for Ubuntu 25.10!

The first response is always an auto-response letting you know we’ve received your ticket. I took a look at the ticket and you received a response from one of our agents on the 3rd stating your batch is being prepared, which is the first email we send to everyone in that batch. You’ll receive your next email when we have captured the balance and your order is transmitted to our warehouse for fulfillment. If your question is if you cancel if you would get your unit faster, I personally don’t know. We’re currently working through processing paid pre-orders.

Alright, maybe slow down a bit?

First, this is a very nice customer service response, no need to go throwing accusations around.

Second, it does take days from placing the order, to funds being charged, to the order being shipped. Especially if you are ordering the 64 or 128GB board. But. It’s not vapourware. People here have described waiting a bit for their order, but they are getting it in their hands.

What I don’t like about your responses is that, for over eight days, you’ve been claiming on your website that new orders for 64GB motherboards will be delivered within five business days, while you don’t even satisfy pre-orders! Are we to understand that five-day delivery is false advertising? :wink:

It literally says it ships within 5 business days, not that it’s going to be delivered within 5 business days.

That’s exactly what I’m saying: I haven’t received any emails about my pre-order, even though if I had ordered directly 8 days ago, you’re saying I would have received a shipping email after 5 days. Isn’t that logical?

I received shipping notification today for the 64gb model I ordered back in September. Payment email received last Thursday. So I would say pretty on par with what was announced.
