Framework intel 13th gen powers on but gives no display of any kind

I’ve had my Framework 13 for a few years now and it was last year when i started experiencing problems but as of late i do not get any display from the laptop and external devices. I have done a display sway because my other one experienced defects but now my laptop does not boot into my windows os at all.

It has also experienced a plethora of other problems some being that the few times i can get the laptop to load into windows it gets very hot while in sleep mode, usb, bluetooth and camera do not work unless the device is booted without expansion cards.

there has not been one thing that has worked but sometimes itll boot without the m.2 others it wont and sometimes it will fully boot but that is very rare and i often cannot recreate this

any help would be greatly appreciated

p.s. i cannot create a support ticket because the laptop was a gift so i do not have access to the order number

Huh? It doesn’t look like Order Number is marked with the red star saying it’s required. Does it say you need it when you try to submit a ticket with the “Problem with my Framework product” option?
