Framework Laptop 13 (Ultra 7 155H) not charging with some chargers

Hi guys. About a month in and loving this thing.

I’ve got a big beefy charger that works great. However, if I try to use some other (probably) weaker chargers, it appears to almost charge then give up, even when powered off. One of the chargers I was sure would work is this guy:

2000 Amp Jump Starter | LOKITHOR JA301Jump Starter 2000 Amp but no dice.

Rather similar to Framework Laptop 13 (AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series) not charging with some chargers .

Any thoughts?
