At the 0:30 mark…that should be fingers tapping or gliding over the lid material…not the screwdriver… My ears! That’s worse than fingernails on a chalkboard. Trust me, I like ASMR…when done right. Screwdriver bit over the lid isn’t it.
When it comes to laptops ASMR, there are a couple of sections: Unboxing, desktop hookup, usage, pack&go.
Take this as an example (pacing and with / without voice over is another consideration):
Some people do have very different preferences when it comes to ASMR sounds. Some like harsh or rough sounds. I feel it’s off to claim it’s not “done right”. If anything, you could say it’s not consistent with the rest of the sounds, the rest of the video, or that it should be marked as containing rough sounds. Also, I mean, Framework’s youtube channel is not a professional ASMR channel. It’s just a video for fun.
That’s true. Maybe Framework can have 2 variations of the ASMR video.
