Welcome to the community.
Framework staff do show up here in the forum, but it’s primarily a community forum.
I would double-check your spam folder and if there’s nothing there, I would simply reply to the last email you received from them, or the last one you sent, and politely ask for an update.
Good luck. Sorry you are having trouble. And maybe someone from Framework will see this thread and chime in.
Hello BigT
Thank you for your response.
I created this thread because I had already tried to ask for an update already last week. And there is nothing in my spam either.
So, this is my last resort.
Kind regards
M.
as far as I remember @catastrophic and @Eagle usually helps in such cases
That is quite unusual. I’ve spoken with support a number of times and every time the response was given within 24 hours, the bottleneck was often how quickly I replied.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s anything we’ll be able to do as a community to help address coil whine, though I’ll mention that my unit doesn’t usually make such noises. I have heard it on occasion though, every once in a while, the coils will start whining and idk why. But I could count on one hand how many time’s that’s happened on my Batch 1 unit.
Thanks for the ping
Hey. Shoot me your ticket ID or email address used on the support ticket in DM and I’ll check it out.
I really want to thank you all for your help, especially for making members of the framework team aware of my problem!
I hope that I can be of any help in the future.
On the whole it’s a pretty positive community. Welcome!
Yes you guys are!!
I also have a similar problem with the Support Team (although for a different issue, i.e. expired Windows Secure Boot certificates). I submitted an inquiry 6 days ago and not only I did not receive a response, I did not even receive a receipt confirmation, or ticket ID No. … which is quite disturbing, or even worrying.
It is indeed strange, because in the past the response was really quick.

If you didn’t get a confirmation back, and haven’t heard from them in a few days it may be worth resubmitting. It sounds more like something bugged out in my opinion.
Also check your spam folder. Also, I’ve heard support emails sometimes have difficulty routing to certain email hosts.
From what I’ve seen, they always send an email confirmation. If you can’t find it in a spam folder or anywhere, best to assume you’re having an issue receiving their emails.
Yes, I guess you are right, because I resubmitted but again did not receive a confirmation.
Thx for your reply, there is nothing in spam and I am sure there is nothing wrong with my email hist, since I am using gmail.
Thank you for your inputs. I cannot imagine the problem lies with me not being able to receive emails. I use gmail and never had problems receiving emails - unless Framework has problems delivering emails to gmail accounts… but then they wouldn´t be reaching half of their customer base, I guess.
In that case, it might be worth reaching out to @Eagle, or someone else from Framework to see if they can help you out.
I hope you can get it sorted out. Cheers!
I felt a disturbance in the force.
@Savvas_Papageorgiou Shoot me the email address you used to contact support (in DM) and I’ll make sure we received your case.
