I’m trying to install Windows 11 next to my Arch install, but it freezes during the Windows 11 OOBE, if I wait for a while I can see the error being DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION.
Things I’ve done:
- Upgraded BIOS to the latest version, 3.05
- Upgraded SSD firmware
- Ran Memtest86+, memory seems good
- Tried swapping the RAM sticks, tried using one and not the other, both ways
- Tried reinstalling W11
Any idea for what I could try? I’ve already searched Reddit and the forums for similar issues, but nothing helped.
