**The left side USB-C for charging seems to no longer work for charging. The right side does work consistently. Tried the official 180watt FW PSU. And a 140 anker. The anker actually managed to charge once or twice on the left. I tried charging it with the adapter plugged in and with it unplugged. Both the FW PSU and the Anker work on the right side everytime so far.
Hi @Paige_Aensland, welcome to the community! You should file a ticket with support right away to see if they can walk you through some tests to determine what is going on.
We are all end users here in the forums. Resetting the main board is probably one of the first steps to try if powering it down and holding the power button until it shuts off does not seem to reset the charging reliably on the left side.
Others have reported that going into the BIOS and activating the battery disconnect, saving the changes, then powering the device down and physically disconnecting the battery for a good minute before reconnecting it, powering it back on and then going back into the bios and making sure the battery disconnect is not active has sometimes fixed the issue where it was not charging on one side or intermittently.
Though if it is a hardware issue this will not resolve the issue. Support is the best resource to help identify the issue at hand. Best of luck!
