Batch 2. Sage DIY (have RAM and SSD and planning on Linux)
Just got my email - “We’re preparing Batch 2” …email arrived 15/7, said charging my payment on 15/7, but nothing yet…so reading one of the replies above (fm batch one), it could be about 10 days before they charge???

Is there another email advising exactly when they take payment?

I haven’t had an email confirming payment date, only that I had until today to change my payment method or order before it was finalised for Batch 2 shipping to the UK.

Sold my 11th gen i5 laptop last week for not very much (2020 spec) so will only feel postively about 13th gen i3 performance in the FW12.

My step 2 said I could make changes until the 11th, I got charged on the 15th, so just a couple of business days later.

Where did it say the you can make changes up to part?

And then in the order, next to the cancel button, you were able to make small changes up until this date.

Well, as the official post says, almost all Batch 2 orders have shipped now. I got payment taken yesterday so 1 week after getting the email notice (shipping to UK). I can’t believe it might arrive next week - I was anticipating huge delays. I hope batches 3-8 aren’t waiting too long.

My batch two hasn’t even had the card charged yet - where is the official post saying this ?

Q3 2025 Preorder Shipping Update

There are some parts theyve run out of delaying the final orders from being charged, basically.

I wonder what the part is that’s delayed. I’m one of the people who hasn’t gotten charged yet, lavender I5 with 4 usb c lavender, 1 HDMI, and 1 USB 3 port, has to be something to do with the lavender side of it all.

I see, that says majority, could just be 51%, @Gage_Horton no doubt something like that but mine is a black i3 with no fancy colours…

And there could, of course, be other affected parts or ones they’ve more recently run out of.

My account has not been charged yet:
Batch 2, I3, DIY, sage, German keyboard, USB-A, HDMI, SD reader, 2x sage USB-C.
If the Problem is a card, I’d be happy to order it later (with the pen).

Just a heads up

Just been charged the remaining balance, so things are on the move by the looks of things!
