I have been having an issue with the usb ports on my framework 12. I have purchased 2 usb c and 2 usb A modules. Two of my expansion ports no longer will charge the laptop with the usb c charger plugged in. They just flash if I plug in my charger. I’ve tried switching around / re seating the modules but that doesn’t help. Also my laptop has started killing usb devices, it has killed now a bunch of flash drives and a usb mic. These devices now won’t work plugged in to my other computer. I have opened a support ticket but haven’t heard back yet. Any ideas what might be happening here. Also how long has it normally taken for folks to hear back from support? Tt’s been over a day already for me.
