Hi My FW13 AMD 300 series (5 months in use) suddenly stopped charging and shows blinking LED indicators.
Anything I can do to try and fix this? No feedback from support yet.
Charger is surely working on other laptops and mobile phones.
Any help welcome…
Hi @Sepp_Janssens, welcome to the community.
Support is going to be your best source of information. The AMD AI models are still fairly new and not all the LED indicators are documented.
If you are talking about the POST flashes after a period of time of applying power; those are diagnostic codes that will be of use to support or us on the forum. Recording them with a cell phone to write down the colors of the flashes will help decode what it is reporting.
Alternatively, try connecting a charger to the other side of the laptop in case one side of the USB controller is malfunctioning.
On rare occasions, when the battery is completely drained, only a slower charger would charge the battery (like a 30W charger). Not sure if that still applies to the newest generation of mainboards though.
