Games tabs out split second

Hi, I’ve contacted the support and they’ve been very helpful but the problem still occurs and we’ve tried a lot of method like reset bios, setting optimization (both windows, amd, and in-game), cpu and ram integrity check and more. Has anyone encountered this problem where specific games tab out when you click too fast? If so, has anyone found a fix for it.

This problem only occurs on specific games, but other games like CSGO, Valorant and others are fine. Games like Feather Client(Minecraft), Sky: Children of Light, My Dream Setup, Project Zomboid tabs out a split second and it can affect the game actually.

Ryzen 7 7840HS
Integrated Graphics
Windows 11
16GB DDR5
Logitech G203
HyperX Keyboard

Some sort of software issue it appears. Close any mouse or macro software you might have open. If your mouse buttons are configurable, reset them all to factory default. For example, I can assign keyboard keys to my Logitech mouse. Something like this could happen if I assigned the wrong (or any) key to mouse button one.
