Help with Logitech keyboard issues

I am running Windows 11 and using two remote monitors and a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse combo with the dongle that goes in the USB port. I have used this setup for months, probably since I purchased the laptop.

In the past few weeks, the keyboard freezes for several minutes or just lags far behind what I am typing. I have rebooted, changed batteries, looked for updated drivers, etc. It is very frustrating. I will be typing along and nothing is happening on the screen for what can be several minutes. When it finally comes back to life, it does not remember what I have already typed, so I need to go back and start again.

The mouse is seemingly not affected by whatever is causing this interference.

Interestingly, if I type on the laptop keyboard, it works perfectly well. I also bought another Logirech keyboard to see if it would work better, but alas, it did not, so it was returned.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions or insights.

I’ve had a couple of wireless Logitech keyboards/mice with my FW13 11th Gen (at the moment, I have an Ergo K860 and an MX Vertical) and each time they were acting up, it was due to a low battery (not with Windows though, as I am running Void Linux).
That being said, have you tried:
1 - Putting the dongle on a different USB port
2 - Re-installing the drivers
3 - Installing Logi Options+ and checking everything’s fine in it

I am assuming you are using a Unifying receiver, is that correct?
