NOTE: This can only be done via self-service within 90 days of account creation. After that period of time, please contact Framework Support.
If you’d like to update your username simply click on the circle on the top right hand side of the screen and select the “Preferences” icon on the right as indicated by the yellow highlight below
Next, click the pencil icon next to your username.
Update your username and click “Change”
Click “Yes” when asked “Are you absolutely sure you want to change your username?”
Congrats, you updated your username!
