Intel Wifi 6 AX201 intermittent/buffering issue when streaming

HI, i just bought my framework performance (i7/16GB/512Gb/Wifi6) and ive noticed that every time i stream netflix or hulu or anything…it will buffer at least 2-5 times per episode. it is absolutely driving me crazy. i havent noticed that the wifi connection is dropping. ive even tried streaming at lower frame rates like 720 or 480 and it still will buffer and stop the show every so often. is there something wrong with the wifi card that came built with the laptop? for test purposes, i am getting decent speed tests 35Mb down and 5Mb up…which is slower than my other laptops, and i am sitting nearly 5 feet from the router. so im confused if something is going on or if other people are experiencing buffering or streaming problems

The wifi speed I get from the Framework laptop is about 12-15% slower than my S22 Ultra. I wasn’t able to get any faster than that. 560Mbps vs 640Mbps

(speed test was done purely from the router to the device, and vice-versa, without ISP or any routing)

The issue is with the AX201 Wi-Fi card, and some hardware configurations (related to CPU and supported features).

There’s a wide range of devices that have issues with that Wi-Fi card built-in, so I’d suggest replacing that with a different compatible Wi-Fi card (also avoid the AX210).
