Hello, currently the only way to check on your support request is by sending more emails to support.
It would be nice if there was an option to login to the support system as a customer and see the status of your support request.
This would save support a huge amount of emails requesting updates on support requests.
The website also serves as a fail safe when emails between support and the customer go missing for some reason. First automated response email from should always be a link to the support case which of course should be linked to the customer profile.
Unfortunately, it’s not an option at the moment. This has been requested by others. And it certainly would be very helpful. I presume it would be pretty costly to add to Framework’s system. Only reason they wouldn’t already have it.
